Product Description

Used in conjunction with plasmid miniprep kit and vacuum extraction base, lysis supernatants of up to 96 samples can be prepared simultaneously and quickly. Up to 2 mL lysate can be filtered in each deep well.

Applications of Plates:
1.BW-BPD001--Plasmid binding plate allows rapid and reproducible purification of up to 20 μg of plasmid DNA from E. coli strains grown in up to 5 ml LB, 3 ml 2xYT, or 3 ml TB. The plate provides higher yields of high-quality plasmid DNA for use in common downstream applications such as automated sequencing, PCR, restriction enzyme digestion, and cloning. The plate can binding <50kb plasmid.

2.BW-BPD0011--This plate can adsorb genomic DNA from samples such as saliva and oral swabs, blood samples, cell free DNA (cf-DNA, ct-DNA) ,etc.
3.BW-BPD0012--This plate can adsorb micro fragments of nucleic acids, DNA fragments from 100 bp to 10 kb can be purified with recovery rate up to 80%.
4.BW-BPD0013--This plate can adsorb viral RNA (e.g. influenza virus, HIV etc) from serum, plasma, virus culture, swab sample, cerebrospinal fluid, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and so on.
5.BW-BPD002--It is used as a filter plate for filtering impurities for sample pretreatment experiments, especially nucleic acid extraction experiments
