This kit (BW-MPD1511) is designed for rapid and efficient purification of plasmid DNA from 150 to 200 mL of E. coli culture, with a maximum yield of 1.5 mg. The kit is compatible with various high-throughput automated platforms, such as Allsheng Auto-Pure 24A and so on.

Test Principle
During the nucleic acid extraction process, the magnetic bead adsorption principle is used to adsorb, transfer, and purify nucleic acids through special magnetic beads to automatically complete the nucleic acid extraction.

 

Samples available for extraction
Purification of plasmid DNA from 150 to 200 mL of E. coli culture with an endotoxin level as low as 1 to 10 EU (Endotoxin) per µg plasmid.

Important Notes
The yield of plasmid DNA depends on the origin of the replication and the size of the plasmid. The protocols are optimized for high copy number plasmid purification. For low copy number plasmids, both the culture volume and the buffer volume need to be scaled up accordingly.
