Pathogen DNA/RNA Purification  Kit  is designed  for the extraction and purification of pathogen DNA/RNA. The unique buffer solution system optimized for various samples such as serum, plasma, urine, nasopharyngeal swab, nasopharyngeal aspire, cerebrospinal fluid, pleural effusion, is suitable for the extraction of bacteria, fungal, viruses, etc. This kit is compatible with BEIWO BW Express 16, Allsheng Auto- Pure 32A and other similar nucleic acid purification systems.

Test Principle

During the nucleic acid extraction process, the magnetic bead adsorption principle is used to adsorb, transfer, and purify nucleic acids through special magnetic beads to automatically complete the nucleic acid extraction.

Samples available for extraction
Various samples such as serum, plasma, urine, nasopharyngeal swab, nasopharyngeal aspire, cerebrospinal fluid, pleural effusion, is suitable for the extraction of bacteria, fungal, viruses, etc.

Experimental description

Three different batches of kits were used to extract 200 ul of pig whole blood in an elution volume of 100 ul. Display electrophoresis results and extraction concentrations.

Storage and Stability
