Product Description

Automated filtration and purification system, plasmid large-scale extraction and purification system. Customized different specifications of plasmid large-scale extraction and purification instruments according to customers' personalized experimental requirements. Special oscillating lysis method was adopted to reduce plasmid genomic DNA residual and improve the ratio of supercoiled plasmid, so as to enhance the transfection efficiency under the same concentration. The instrument can deal with the maximum bacterial liquid volume of 500ml or bacterial mud wet weight of 8g, and the automatic program is set to ensure easy and efficient operation, excluding human operation errors.
