Product Description

This kit (BW-MPD1211) is designed for rapid and efficient purification of plasmid DNA from 1 to 2 mL of E. coli culture, with a maximum yield of 20 μg. The kit is compatible with various high-throughput automated platforms, such as Allsheng Auto-Pure 32A, Allsheng Auto-Pure 96, Hamilton, Beckman Biomek, Tecan, Thermo KingFisher and so on.

Test Principle
During the nucleic acid extraction process, the magnetic bead adsorption principle is used to adsorb, transfer, and purify nucleic acids through special magnetic beads to automatically complete the nucleic acid extraction.

Storage and Stability
4-28,avoid direct sunlight. Buffer A1 should be stored at 4°C once RNase A is added. All other material s can be stored at room temperature (15-25°C). The Guaranteed shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
