Product Description

Automated multi-functional ion exchange & magnetic bead purification system with dual-mode autonomous switching and 12 channels. In ion exchange mode, each channel can process a maximum bacterial liquid volume of 500ml or bacterial mud wet weight of 5g, and the maximum yield of plasmid DNA is 8mg (10EU/mg, pharmaceutical grade). In magnetic bead purification mode, each channel can process a maximum bacterial liquid volume of 250ml or bacterial mud wet weight of 1.3g, and the maximum yield of plasmid DNA is 3mg (100EU/mg, transfection grade).

 

The system is mainly used for the purification of plasmid supernatants, including the magnetic bead module and the ion exchange module, which can achieve a variety of plasmid purification methods, such as ion exchange, magnetic bead, alcohol precipitation, silica membrane method and so on.
