Product Description

BW-MPD1520 is designed for rapid and efficient purification of plasmid DNA from 150 to 200 mL of E. coli culture, with a maximum yield of 1.0 mg. Buffer RET is used to reduce the endotoxin level of plasmid DNA to lower than 10 EU/μg. The kit is compatible with various high-throughput automated platforms, such as Allsheng Auto-Pure 24A and so on.

Purification of plasmid DNA from 150 to 200 mL of E. coli culture with an endotoxin level as low as 1 to 10 EU (Endotoxin) per µg plasmid.

Important Notes
The yield of plasmid DNA depends on the origin of the replication and the size of the plasmid. The protocols are optimized for high copy number plasmid purification. For low copy number plasmids, both the culture volume and the buffer volume need to be scaled up accordingly.
